Act I · Celebrations
From the first venue tour to the last song, we plan, design and run your wedding so the only thing you manage on the day is each other.

The brief
A wedding is a production with a single performance. There is no second take on the processional, the first dance or the moment your grandmother sees you walk in. That is why we plan weddings the way a stage manager runs a show: one running order, one lead producer, and every vendor rehearsed on the same cues.
We work with couples across Los Angeles — from candlelit ballrooms in Glendale and Pasadena to estate ceremonies in Calabasas and the Santa Ynez Valley. Many of our weddings blend traditions, and we are fluent in the rituals that make them yours: the Armenian bread-and-salt welcome and sword dance, the Persian sofreh, the Mexican lazo, the Jewish chuppah and hora.
You choose how much you want to hand over. Some couples bring us in for the final two months; others give us the whole thing from the engagement ring onward. Either way, you get the same calm voice on the other end of the phone.
Scope
Every item below is managed by your lead producer, with one shared timeline and one point of contact.
The running order
Valet, welcome drinks and a first look at the room that makes guests stop at the door.
Processional cues, musicians and officiant timed to the second.
Lighting drops, the DJ calls your names and the floor opens.
Sparklers, a getaway car and every gift packed for you.
Ways to work together
Every event is quoted individually. Choose the level of involvement that suits you; we will tailor the details on our first call.
You have planned it. We run it.
You have the vision. We shape and source it.
Hand us the keys. We build the whole evening.
From the house
“We had two families, three languages and a 340-person guest list. Levon’s team made it feel effortless. Our grandparents still talk about the bread-and-salt welcome.”

Questions
For full planning, 9 to 18 months is ideal, especially for Saturday dates between April and October. For coordination only, we can step in as late as 8 weeks before the wedding.
Yes. Many of our weddings combine two families and two sets of traditions. We plan Armenian, Persian, Latin, Jewish, Indian-fusion and interfaith ceremonies, and we coordinate with your officiants and family elders.
Absolutely. We regularly take over planning after the venue is signed, and we will review your contract for minimums, curfews and vendor restrictions before anything else.
