Corporate events carry a brand. They need to look polished, start on time, respect a budget line and deliver something measurable — attendance, sign-ups, press or simply a team that feels appreciated. We bring production discipline to every one: a written brief, an itemized budget, a vendor plan and a cue-by-cue show flow.
We plan holiday parties for studios and agencies in Burbank and Santa Monica, product launches in downtown lofts, executive dinners in private dining rooms, multi-day offsites in Ojai and Palm Springs, and conferences with keynote staging, breakouts and registration.

Can you work within our procurement process?
Yes. We provide W-9s, certificates of insurance, NDAs and itemized quotes, and we can invoice by milestone.
Do you handle AV and staging?
Yes. We design the stage, LED and audio plan with our production partners and manage rehearsals and show calling.
Can you plan events outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We regularly produce offsites and retreats across California and can travel for national events.
