Where are you located?
Our planning and design studio is at 6417 Jamieson Ave, Reseda, CA 91335, in the San Fernando Valley. Studio visits are by appointment.
Which areas do you serve?
We plan events throughout Los Angeles County and the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County and Santa Barbara, and travel for destination events across California and beyond.
How much does an event planner cost?
Fees depend on the scope of service, guest count and planning time. Coordination starts with a flat fee; full planning and production is quoted as a project fee. We share a written proposal after a free discovery call.
How far in advance should I book?
Six to eighteen months for weddings and large galas, two to six months for most private parties and corporate events, and as little as two weeks for intimate dinners and proposals.
Do you plan events in other languages?
Yes. Our team works in English, Armenian and Russian, and we regularly coordinate bilingual Spanish-speaking vendors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. LEV EVENT INC is a California corporation and carries general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are provided to venues on request.
Do you take commissions from vendors?
No. We do not accept vendor or venue commissions. Our only fee is the one you agree to, so our recommendations are always in your interest.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
Something always does — a late delivery, a sudden wind, a missing cufflink. Our job is to fix it before you notice. We carry an emergency kit and keep trusted backup vendors on call.
How do I reserve my date?
Once you approve your proposal, a signed agreement and a retainer secure your date. The balance is split into scheduled payments before the event.
Do you charge travel fees?
Events within Los Angeles and Ventura counties include travel. For Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and destination events we quote travel and accommodation transparently.
Can we meet before booking?
Yes. Discovery calls are free, and we are happy to meet at our studio at 6417 Jamieson Ave, Reseda, CA 91335 or at your venue.
