The brief

Day-of Coordination, by Lev Event

If you have spent months planning, the last thing you should be doing on the day is answering the florist’s phone call. Our coordination service takes over six to eight weeks before your event: we review every contract, confirm every vendor, walk the venue, and build a timeline and floor plan that everyone works from.

On the day, a lead coordinator and an assistant arrive before the first vendor and stay until the last one leaves. We direct setup, cue the ceremony, manage speeches, solve problems quietly and make sure you never see a clipboard.

Questions

Day-of Coordination: answered

When should coordination start?

We begin six to eight weeks before the event so we have time to understand your plans and confirm every detail with vendors.

Is the rehearsal included?

Yes. We direct the ceremony rehearsal, usually the day before, and coordinate timing with the officiant and venue.

What if a vendor does not show up?

We confirm every vendor a week out and the day before, and we keep a list of trusted backups across Los Angeles.
