The brief

Venue Sourcing, by Lev Event

The venue decides almost everything else: your date, your guest count, your catering options, your curfew and a large share of your budget. We start with a short brief, then present a curated shortlist from historic ballrooms, Malibu estates, downtown lofts, hotel rooftops, wineries and private homes — including spaces that are not on the usual wedding websites.

We tour with you, ask the questions that matter (power, parking, noise ordinances, load-in, minimums, insurance), compare quotes side by side and negotiate the contract before you sign.

From the house

“We had two families, three languages and a 340-person guest list. Levon’s team made it feel effortless. Our grandparents still talk about the bread-and-salt welcome.”
