The brief
Galas & Fundraisers, by Lev Event
A gala succeeds or fails on its program. The dinner and décor set the mood, but the evening is ultimately judged by one thing: did the room give? We work with development teams to build a run-of-show that protects the paddle raise, keeps speeches tight and gives honorees and sponsors the recognition they were promised.
Behind that we handle everything else — venue, seating charts for hundreds of guests, check-in and mobile bidding, auction displays, catering, stage and screens, celebrity and talent riders, and a volunteer plan your committee can actually follow.
