We present venues and vendors with real pricing, attend tastings and walkthroughs with you, and build a physical sample of your table at our Reseda studio.

Floor plans, seating, a minute-by-minute run-of-show, a contact sheet and a load-in schedule. Every vendor receives the same document six weeks out.

We rehearse the key moments and direct setup before the first guest arrives.

We rehearse ceremonies, entrances and speeches, then arrive before the first vendor to direct setup, check every detail and walk the room with you.

We call the show, solve problems quietly and pack up while you say goodnight.

On the night we call every cue: music, lighting, kitchen and speeches. When it ends, we pack gifts and décor, settle vendors and send you home.
